摘 要
本文所设计的是轴承尺寸测量装置。采用V形块快速装夹工件，在一次安装中，由计算机控制完成对轴承外径、内径、宽度等参数的自动测量，并用多点测量取平均值和坐标测量法得出准确的测量值。

ABSTRACT
In this paper， we design a automatically measure and examine instrument of multiple parameter. It can fix the work piece quickly by “v” shape back-up block. And it can measure all binds of parameters of dimensions and geometric form errors in one clamping. It can gain the accurate measurements with the measurement method of co-ordinate and the data management of auto corrects the positioning errors.
